Home Spa Process
Please allow me to come at least 30 min prior to treatment to give us enough time to setup and customize your spa experience.
Prior to your service we will do a client consultation to make sure that the services we will be providing for you will be beneficial and not contraindicated
It is recommended that you shower prior to body treatments so as to experience a more beneficial massage and deeper product penetration
I request no cell phone use or smoking during service

cash,all major credit cards, and paypal

Gratuities
Not included in any services. I feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client experience and left to the clients discretion

Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a 24 hr notice. Due to many no-shows, We now request a credit card to book your service online or by phone. We will not charge your card until you come in for your service. If you No-Call, No-Show, we will charge you for 50% of the service fee. Thank you for understanding.

Refusal of Services
We are highly trained professionals who reserve the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner or who was not forthcoming about his/her medical condition that is a contraindication to receiving the reserved service when the reservation was placed.
